Established in 2024, our School Moot Team is dedicated to cultivating rigorous logical thinking, excellent public speaking skills, and profound civic qualities in students. The team’s primary activity involves participating in “Mock Trial” competitions organized by various professional institutions. Through continuous participation, members are able to deepen their understanding of Hong Kong’s judicial system, legal procedures, and legal principles.
Our team is privileged to receive voluntary support from, Professor Chiu Man-chung Andy, our School Manager, Mr. Hung Wan-shun Stephen, Past President of The Law Society of Hong Kong, and other legal professionals. They provide diverse legal training, allowing students to explore the concept of justice, hone their eloquence, and build self-confidence.
Through “Mock Trial” experiences, members are placed in a realistic courtroom setting, assuming roles such as lawyers and witnesses to exercise their ability to think and react under pressure. During competition preparation, team members are required to analyze cases from multiple angles to present persuasive legal arguments before the judges.
