44th Graduation Ceremony

Dr. Jojo Yan Yan Kwok, Assistant Professor of Nursing at the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, University of Hong Kong, and Deputy Director of the Centre for Behavioral Health at the University of Hong Kong, was invited as the officiating guest at the 44th Graduation Ceremony. The president, vice-presidents, and directors of the Kiangsu Chekiang And Shanghai Residents (H.K.) Association, the school・s sponsoring body, and members of the school・s board of directors also attended.
The graduation ceremony began with a flag-raising ceremony followed by the singing of the school anthem. Then, Mr. Yen Yuen Ho Tony, the School Supervisor Yan Yuanhao presided over a simple and solemn moment of silence to mourn the victims of the Tai Po fire and the firefighter who died in the fire.
The Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) Outstanding Achievement Award and different scholarships were presented to students of outstanding academic performance and conduct.
To celebrate the graduation ceremony, approximately 200 teachers and students collaborated to produce and perform the original English musical. After the ceremony, guests, parents, teachers, and students gathered for tea at the multipurpose centre and ground floor, creating a lively atmosphere.

School Information Day
Activities of the School Information Day included student sharing sessions, Form One Admission Talk, an English musical performance, a campus tour, and Form One Admission consultation. A total of over 2,500 primary school students and parents from both within and outside the district registered to participate in the day・s activities.

45th Yuen Long District Dance Competition
Our school's Dance Club participated in the 45th Yuen Long District Dance Competition and won a total of 2 silver awards and 1 gold award in the open dance category.

Luncheon Meeting with F.6 Students
Acting Principal, Ms. Leung Wing-yee, Vice Principals, Dr. Ho Lai-ping and Ms. Lee Ely, along with School Development Advisor, Ms.Chan Nga-lai, held a luncheon meeting with eight F.6 student representatives to strengthen communication and exchange between the school and the students, and to show support to the F.6 students.

Cross-curricular Talk on Innovative Development of Green Energy
Our school・s Physics and Geography Departments jointly organized a cross-curricular talk on :Innovative Development of Green Energy;, inviting Dr. Choi Wong Hong, Lecturer in the Department of Physics at Hong Kong Baptist University, to share the latest technological developments and applications of green energy and solar power generation with F.4 and F.5 students. This talk aimed to raise students・ environmental awareness and inspire them to integrate classroom learning and actively practice the concept of sustainable development. In addition, Dr. Choi introduced the content and features of degree programmes in the Faculty of Science at Hong Kong Baptist University and encouraged students to get well-prepared for their further studies.

KCCS Talent Show
The school・s broadcasting team held a KCCS Talent Show student talent performance at lunchtime, featuring solo singing and martial arts demonstrations. The event provided students with an opportunity to showcase their talents, thereby building self-identity and boosting confidence. The student audience responded enthusiastically during the performance, creating a joyful and inspiring atmosphere.

Hong Kong Anti-Japanese War Field Trip
Our school・s Chinese History Department and History Department Panel Chairpersons, Ms. Ngai Pan Yuk and Mr. Hui Ka Yin, led 18 Form 3 students to participate in the Hong Kong Anti-Japanese War field trip organized by the Centre of National History Education, in order to deepen students・ understanding of local anti-Japanese history.

2025-2026 New Territories Inter-School Fencing Competition
Our students Zhang William (F. 2C), Lo Yeuk Nam(F. 4B), Zhang Yiu Ching (F. 4D), and Zhang Chun Hei (F. 5A) participated in the 2025-2026 New Territories Inter-School Fencing Competition organized by the Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation and won the fourth place in the Men・s Sabre Team Competition.

Mock Trial - Positive Thinking Project 2025-2026
Twelve students from our school were selected to participate in the :Mock Trial - Positive Thinking Project 2025-2026"・ organized by SidebySide. The first round of the preliminary competition was held today in Courtroom 4 of the High Court. All participating students performed excellently and won representing the prosecution. Szeto Zi Yan (F.4B) and Liu Sum Yuet (F.4C) won the awards for :Best Lawyer; and :Best Witness;, respectively.

Our school・s Dance Club participated in the Yuen Long District Inter-School Dance Competition 2025 and won two gold medals in the secondary school category of Chinese dance.

:Cheers for Peers; Booth Event
Social Workers of the Hong Kong YWCA and the Hong Kong Stewards Take Your Way Clubhouse co-organized a :Cheers for Peers; booth event at the school during lunchtime. The event included activities such as exam encouragement boards, candy distribution, craft activities, and board games, aiming to help students relieve stress and enhance their awareness of emotional health.

Talk on Examination Skills and Hymn of Peace
A Talk on Examination Skills on exam preparation techniques for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examinations (HKDSE) in Citizenship and Social Development as well as English Language was held for F.6 students to help them prepare for the exams.
Our school, in collaboration with the Student Union, organized the :Hymn of Peace; event, which included an inter-class singing contest and KCCS Talent Show, creating a lively atmosphere.

:Kindness Connects, Care and Shine; Lunch and Gathering
In the afternoon, class teachers and assistant teachers led students in a :Kindness Connects, Care and Shine; class-based lunch and activities, allowing students to relax and strengthen peer bonds. In addition, the school held a casual wear day and a Golden Flag donation event to raise funds for the Hong Kong Kidney Foundation, raising a total of HK$30,000.

 
Dears & Tears Youth Music Festival 2025
In the evening, Ms. Lee Ely, Vice Principal and our social worker accompanied five students and alumni in supporting alumna Ngai Hei Tung・s performance at the Hong Kong YWCA・s :Dears & Tears 2025 Youth Musical Theatre;. EventX, an event management platform company founded by our alumnus, Sum Wong, was one of the supporting organizations for the theatre, hoping to use the power of music to awaken young people・s attention to their mental health, encourage them to actively face adversity, and raise public awareness of the emotional needs of young people.

The Fly High Together Charity Sports Programme 2025
Our students, Cheung Yuk Kit (F. 4A), Lee Ka Shek (F. 4B), Liao Jun Ze (F. 4C), and Yau Lai Kap (F. 4D) participated in the The Fly High Together Charity Sports Programme: Sports Competition Day for All Pickleball Competition organized by the Hong Kong Playgrounds Association and won the third place in the junior group.
